If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us for any reason, simply return the unused portion and the receipt within 30 days after delivery for a full refund (less shipping). It is very important to us that you be happy with all of your purchases made at our site. We will gladly refund one opened product per order. Should you order more than one of a particular product, it's important that you open only one, until you are satisfied with the product.

All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received. No collect shipments will be accepted. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping we recommend that you insure the product(s) for their full value.

jalera.com offers FREE SHIPPING no matter how much your package weighs! Applicable on selected orders that are shipped within the United States and its territories. Domestically, we ship via USPS and/or UPS.

Delivery Time: Most orders are usually shipped within 48 hours (weekend and holidays excluded), provided that items ordered are in stock. Most packages are shipped via USPS and/or UPS.

Note: If you are paying by check or money order, we cannot process your order until payment is received.

Product Availability: Occasionally, unexpected shortages and manufacturer's out-of-stock conditions occur due to raw material shortages, unexpected inventory demands, bad weather, etc. Unfortunately, jalera.com cannot predict when this will occur.
